If you missed Friendly Fires‘ sophomore album, Pala, when it came out in May of this year, then allow us to introduce you to the English trio. Establishing themselves as creators of modern, disco-pop music with their debut album, it was in Pala where they explored the genre of techno funk even more. The band is at its best when they find just the right amount of 80s nostalgia mixed with modern electronic beats, in songs like  “Hurting” (seen below).  The video will not only put a smile on your face,  but is sure to make you want to get up and dance.
