At CassaDecor, shipping and handling charges are based on the total dollar amount of your order.
We are pleased to offer free complimentary ground shipping on orders greater than $100 within the U.S. Plus, when spending $300 or more, you also receive a free gift. Standard shipping rates apply for all other orders and expedited shipping options are available.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. CassaDecor ships standard within 3-5 business days for the Continental U.S. and up to 10 business days for Alaska and Hawaii (some shipping restrictions apply to Alaska and Hawaii, including free shipping on orders of over $100). We no longer ship to P.O. Boxes so please provide an alternate shipping address.
If your order includes several items from different brands, they may ship separately and at different times so that we can get your purchases to you as efficiently as possible. Items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped and how much remains to be shipped.

At CassaDecor, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If for any reason you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange or refund your order.
We accept refunds within 30 days of your purchase. Merchandise must be in the original unwashed condition (tags on). To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Download and print the Return Slip PDF, by clicking here
- Fill out the appropriate areas on the Return Slip
- Repack the product in its original packaging, including the packing slip. Please be sure your packaging slip is included in order to process your return.
- For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. CassaDecor is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
