Do you have a gift registry? Yes, you may create a registry at CassaDecor for a variety of special occasions including weddings and baby showers.

How will I know when an item is in stock? Please call 1.877.258.5177 or email us at customerservice@cassadecor.com with any stock inquiries, and we will send you an email or call when the item(s) become available.

Returns & Exchanges All returns or exchanges must be in the original unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.Returns must be requested no later than 30 days after receipt of merchandise. If you would like to return DwellStudio or Downlite brand products returns must be requested no later than 15 days after receipt of merchandise. All Sale merchandise is final sale. SHIPPING:

How will my order be shipped? CassaDecor ships orders via UPS. Orders will ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.

How will I know when my order ships? CassaDecor will send you an email confirming that your items have shipped along with a UPS tracking number.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, CassaDecor is proud to offer international shipping to our customers overseas.

What is included in a sheet set? All sheet sets include 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet and 2 pillow cases.

What is a Euro Sham? A euro sham is a square pillow covering that usually measures 26” x 26”

BATH:

How do I keep my towels soft? Avoid fabric softener or silicone based fabric softeners as they can leave behind a waxy film that counters absorbency.

Can I use bleach when washing my towels? We recommend that you don’t use bleach. If you must, use chlorine bleach sparingly when washing any home textiles if at all as it weakens the fibers.

How do I care for my towels? Before using new towels, soak them in cold water without detergent to increase softness and absorbency. Follow the care label directions carefully. Avoid extremely hot water and do not over dry cotton towels as this can lead to shrinkage.

What is organic cotton? Organic cotton is cotton that is grown without pesticides and from plants that are not genetically modified.

BABY & KIDS:

What is included in a crib set? All crib sets include 1 bumper, 1 fitted sheet, 1 crib skirt, and 1 blanket.

What is included in a duvet set? All kids duvet sets include 1 duvet and 1 standard sham.

What is included in a sheet set? All kids sheet sets include a flat sheet, fitted sheet, and 1 standard pillow case.
