At CassaDecor, we stand behind our products, our service, and you, our customer. If for any reason you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges for your order within 30 days of purchase and with corresponding packing slip (see below for exclusions).

Returns or exchanges must be in the original unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. We pride ourselves on quality merchandise and will accept any defective merchandise or incorrectly received item for return or exchange.

RETURN PROCESS:

- Download and print a CassaDecor Return Slip by clicking here

- Fill out the appropriate areas including the reason for the return or exchange

- Repack the product in its original packaging along with the original packing slip

- Send package to the following address:

All Downlite and DwellStudio brand merchandise must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged unless an item is defective or an incorrect item was received.

MONOGRAMMING:

All monogrammed items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged unless merchandise is defective or an incorrect item was received.
