Returns

At CassaDecor, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with our product, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or refund the full amount of the product.

We are happy to refund your purchase within 30 days if you are not satisfied for any reason. Merchandise must be in the original unwashed condition. To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Download and print the Return Slip PDF, by clicking here
2. Fill out the appropriate areas on the Return Slip
3. Repack the product in its original packaging, including the packing slip. Please be sure your packaging slip is included in order to process your return.
4. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. CassaDecor is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Shipping Policy

At CassaDecor, shipping and handling charges are based on the total dollar amount of your order.

We are pleased to offer free complimentary ground shipping on orders greater than $50.00. Standard shipping rates apply for all other orders.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. CassaDecor ships standard within 3-5 business days for the Continental U.S. and up to 7 business days for P.O. Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, APO/FPO addresses or US territories. Standard Shipping refers to UPS ground shipping.

CassaDecor's warehouse is located in Miami, FL and our carrier of choice is UPS.
